Palmiste indulgence is currently seeking a weekend pop-up scenario where they would occupy a store on Saturdays and Sundays for a month or two. Perfect for property owners looking to activate their storefronts/streetscapes and bring some cash flow in while seeking a long term tenant. We are flexible for whatever will make this work for property owners and would be able to vacate Monday through Friday to make room for other concepts. In a years time, we will be seeking a long term location and are always open to seasonal and/or weekend markets. Palmiste Indulgence sells hand crafted Haitian Patties and traditional Haitian Drinks (non-alcoholic). Each pattie is made with handmade puff pastry using a similar technique as handmade croissants, leading to a fluffy, flakey finished product. With a variety of fillings to choose from these patties are unmatched! Patties will be made off-site so the only required equipment is a small warming oven that can sit on a table.
